- How do I start receiving requests?
- After your application is approved, use your email invite to sign in. Select the standard insurance lines you write, choose your service area, confirm your notification email, and turn matching on. We match all of the consumer’s requested lines and assign each request to one agency. Requests are included with a free profile, with no guaranteed volume.
- Can I pause requests or work only in my city?
- Yes. Choose your listing city or explicitly select statewide service within your listing state. Turn off new request matching whenever your team is unavailable. Existing requests remain in your inbox so you can finish helping those consumers.
- Is it free to claim my agency?
- Yes. Claiming, license verification, profile editing, the verified badge, core analytics, and eligibility for matched requests are free. Preferred Agency is an optional subscription.
- What does verified mean?
- Verified means we checked the producer license connected to the claim against public state records. It is never sold and is separate from paid Preferred Agency placement.
- Does Preferred Agency guarantee leads or sales?
- No. It gives your agency routing preference within the closest matching tier and clearly labeled placement benefits. Request volume varies by market, line, and consumer demand.
- Can I cancel Preferred Agency?
- Yes. It is $29 per month or $290 per year, renews automatically, and can be canceled from the billing portal. Benefits continue through the paid period.
