Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Find Independent Insurance (the “Service”), operated by Get Talky Inc. ("Relay"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The Service is a directory of independent insurance agencies (compiled from public licensing records) and an intake tool that routes a quote request to a participating agency. We are not an insurance agency, broker, or carrier. We do not sell insurance, provide quotes, give insurance advice, or make coverage recommendations, and we are not a party to any dealing between you and an agency. A listing is not an endorsement.

You must be at least 18 and located in the United States to use the Service. By submitting a request, you confirm the information is about you or a business you’re authorized to represent.

When you submit a request, you authorize us to share it with a participating independent agency, and you consent to be contacted by that agency about insurance by phone, text, or email per the consent statement shown on the form. You agree your information is accurate and that you will deal with agencies directly regarding quotes, coverage, and policies.

Nothing on the Service is insurance, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee that any agency will contact you, offer coverage, or quote any particular price, and we do not guarantee approval or any outcome. Licensed agencies and carriers are solely responsible for quotes, advice, underwriting, and placement.

Listings are generated from public records and describe businesses. If you’re an agency, you can claim, add, or correct your listing; we verify a producer license before a listing shows a verified badge or receives requests. You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information without authorization;
• scrape, harvest, bulk-download, or republish the directory or its data;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to send spam.

The Service’s design, text, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Factual licensing records and public geographic data are not ours; the curated presentation, branding, and original content are.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that listings are complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any dealing between you and an agency or carrier. Our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the operator is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; the specific governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions will be finalized with counsel before launch.
